SCALING *Reps, Loading, Volume*… Loading -- The weight on the bar should be scaled for athletes to be able to perform 5+ reps unbroken. The goal is to really hang on for big sets or fast small sets. If this is a tough move for athletes we can scale the load significantly and have them pause in the receiving position to build the mobility and awareness to improve this lift.
*Movement Adjustments*... Power Snatch -- If the athlete cannot perform the Power Snatch have them sub for Power Clean (you can consider a slightly heavier load).
