3 SETS 30 Weighted Sit-Ups* *Hold single DB across chest. Do not let the DB roll down the body. Feet can be anchored if desired.

SCALING *REPS, LOADING, VOLUME*… Bike - Volume should allow athletes to complete this in under 1:15 each round. Russian KB Swings - Weight should be heavy and challenging, but unbroken throughout. Step Ups - Height and volume should allow athletes to complete each set in under :40.

*MOVEMENT ADJUSTMENTS*... Bike - 200m Run, 22/17 Cal Row, 200m Ski can be adjusted. Russian KB Swings - Sit Ups, Glute Bridge Ups, 40 Mt Climbers can be adjusted. Step Ups - DB Bent Over Rows, DB Push Press, or DB Floor Press can be adjusted if lower body injury exists.
