30 Snatches @ RX 135 lbs / 95 lbs CFC 1 (95/65) CFC 2 ( 75/55) M (45/35)
**SCALING** *REPS, LOADING, VOLUME*... Isabel -- loading should be adjusted to allow athletes to perform at least 3-5 reps with perfect mechanics when fresh. Volume can be increased for newer athletes to get more touches on the barbell.
*MOVEMENT ADJUSTMENTS*... Isabel -- can be adjusted to a heavier power clean or the Grace workout with either 135/95 or 155/105 type of loading. For newbies, adding a small set of burpees every 3 or 5 reps will make this workout hit much more.
