*Try and keep weight around the 75-80% range. Rest 2 mins b/t sets

Bar Facing Burpee

*Try and keep T2B in 3 sets or less with quick turnaround on the rest.
*BFB is always a can of worms so look to pace but not too much since you will be resting on the t2b
*If gymnastics is your strong suit then look to go unbroken or close to it and see if you can push the pace on the bfb.
