*Score is total reps SHSPU (10 strict HSPU would be 44)
*GHD’s need to be done none stop and around 75 secs to have a good cushion
.*Rope climbs will be the tough part but fight to keep moving and jump right back on the rope when 1 is complete. Scale reps if needed and can’t complete at the 2:30 mark.
*10 should always be the goal and try to stay within 2 reps of the start.
