SCALING REPS, LOADING, VOLUME... Double Under -- scale the number back or designate a 1:00 working window for every set. Row -- for newer/deconditioned athletes, reduce the meters to 400/350 or give them a 2:00 window to work in. Hand Release Push-Ups -- for newer/deconditioned athletes, reduce the number back if necessary.

MOVEMENT ADJUSTMENTS... Double Under -- scale to a Single Under or Plate Hops Row -- if there aren’t enough rowers, the row can be modified to a 400m Run or a 25/20 Cal Bike Hand Release Push-Up -- scale to a DB Floor Press at a light-moderate weight
