*P1 works while P2 rests. Switch every 10 or 15 cal on the rows.

Workout must be complete in order. Split up reps of Pull-Ups, DL, and DU any way between partners.

SCALING REPS, LOADING, VOLUME… Row: we can scale back the volume for partners that cannot perform 10-15 cal in 1:00 or less. Pull-Up: we can scale back the load to a Jumping Pull-Up or Ring Row if athletes cannot perform at least 5 Pull-Ups at a time. Double Unders: we can scale back the number if athletes are still working on DU- :30-:40 of work, or accumulating 30-50 jumps (including singles and doubles). Deadlift: athletes should be able to perform the DL in sets of 3-5 reps at a time- scale the weight accordingly.

MOVEMENT ADJUSTMENTS... Row: if there are equipment constraints, we can sub an 800m Run, switching every 200m, or 50 cal Bike, switching every 10 cal. Pull-Up: if an athlete cannot perform pull-ups, we can sub a Chest Supported Bent Over Row or Push-Ups. Double Unders: if an athlete cannot jump, we can sub Step Ups or Cal Bike (cut in half). Deadlift: if an athlete cannot pull off the floor, we can sub Front Squat or Goblet Squats.
