SCALING *REPS, LOADING, VOLUME*... Burpee -- volume can come down to allow athlete to accomplish all reps in 1 minute each time on the movement Barbell Work -- adjust the loading or the reps as needed to allow athlete to finish each set in roughly 1:00...OHS and Snatch will be movements most commonly needing adjustment
*MOVEMENT ADJUSTMENTS*... Burpee -- can be scaled to an up-down or box assisted burpee Barbell Work -- OHS can be changed to FS and PS can be changed to Power Clean and as needed. HSC can be changed to HPC. Goal is to find movements that allow athletes to move the bar consistently. No roadblocks in the movement today!
