ADJUSTING

*Reps, Loading, Volume*…

DB Power Clean -- Volume is low so make sure load allows for the athletes to complete the Power Cleans unbroken. If

necessary they can adjust DB reps to match the T2B and HSPU in each AMRAP

T2B -- Athletes should be able to perform 4 or more reps.

HSPU -- Athletes should be able to perform 4 or more reps.

*Movement Adjustments*...

T2B -- Sub for K2C, V-Ups or Tuck-Ups.

HSPU -- Sub for Box Pike Push-Ups or DB Strict Press.

DB Power Cleans -- Athletes can perform a DB Deadlift if they cannot bring the DBs to their shoulders or a Hang DB Power

Clean if they have trouble performing the full range of motion to lower the DBs to the ground.
