Row -- Adjust distance so the row can be complete in 1:00-1:10

G2O -- Load should allow athletes to be able to perform sets of 3-5 unbroken reps at a time.

Slam Balls -- Load should allow for unbroken reps every round

*Movement Adjustments*...

Row -- Sub for 600m Bike or 200m Run if the athlete cannot Row.

G2O -- Sub for Deadlift or Power Clean if the athlete cannot go Overhead. If necessary the athlete can also sub for DBs.

Slam Balls -- Sub for Med Ball Power Clean or KB Swings.
