3 ROUNDS FOR TIME

25 Burpees

15 Pull-Up + Toes to Bar*

*1 Pull-Up + 1 Toes to Bar = 1 Rep

**Option to perform 15 Pull-Ups then 15 Toes to Bar if can not

easily connect the reps.

STIMULUS

*Goal (Fittest)* – Sub 8:00- Smooth Burpees, Pull-Up + Toes to Bar in 1-2 sets

*Goal (All)* – Sub 10:00- Consistent Burpees, Pull-Up + Toes to Bar in 2-3 sets

*Workout Feel (All)* – This workout is GRIPPY- shoulders are going to be burning between the Burpees and the Pull-Up +

Toes to Bar. Burpees should be smooth and consistent, taking no more than 1:30 each round. Pull-Up + Toes to Bar should

take no more than 2:00 per round, broken into 2-3 sets per round.
