Deadlift -- Load should allow for athletes to complete the Deadlift in 2-3 sets.
Sit-Ups -- Sit-Ups should take athletes about 1:00-1:10 to complete.
Double Unders -- Athletes should be able to complete the jump rope in :30-:40.

Deadlift -- Sub for Back Squat or Hip Thrusts if the athlete cannot perform the Deadlift. Consider raising the Deadlift onto
Plates if the athlete cannot perform the full ROM correctly (this is a great tool to work on the hinging).
Sit-Ups -- Sub for 1:00 Plank or Alternating Tuck Ups if the athlete cannot perform the Sit-Up.
Double Unders -- Sub for 70 Singles or Plate Hops if the athlete cannot perform Double Unders.
