*21 KB Snatch + Overhead Squat (pick your weight based on the OHS)

*15 KB Deadlifts

9 Pistols

*200 M Run

*50 Wallball Shots partner style

30 Burpee Box Jumps 24/20

20 Pull-ups

*200 M Run

*these movements must be completed synchro style. All other movements are 1:1, 1 working, 1 resting.

-Overhead squat needs to be completed at the same time for the rep to count. So its 1 KB Snatch finishing overhead then straight into the overhead squat. Each rep must be complete at the same time. The KB does not need to come back to the floor between reps and it is not Alt. Proceed through the reps as you like.

-Wallball Shots, one ball used between the 2 athletes tossing it back to each other.
