ADJUSTING
*Reps, Loading, Volume*…
Skill Work -- This is meant to be time for athletes to work on developing the strength and control in the Strict T2B- if this
overall volume is too high for some of your athletes (whether it be in the Strict T2B or the Hang, or even the Shuttle Run),
we can adjust the overall volume by cutting back the reps, or the time spent hanging. We can also adjust the Shuttle Run
time.
Toes to Bar -- These are the bulk of our Workout today! While the reps each round do not total a high volume, for some of
our newer or more deconditioned athletes it might total up to be too much, either slowing them down to the point of
starting with singles, or potentially putting them in danger. If this is the case, we can always adjust the total volume by
adjusting the reps each round back from 15 down to 10 or even 8 for these athletes.
