DB Snatch -- Load should allow for athletes to be able to complete these in 1-2 quick sets.

Bike -- Adjust Calories to be completed in less than 1:20

Tuck Ups -- Athletes should be able to complete these in 1-2 sets.

*Movement Adjustments*...

DB Snatch -- Sub for Hang DB Snatch if the athlete cannot complete the movement to the ground or sub for KB Swings.

Bike -- Sub for 20/15 Calorie Row or 200m Run

Tuck Ups -- Sub for 45 Mountain Climbers
