*Reps, Loading, Volume*…

Strength -- Reps, loading and volume are good for all athletes. We have a good opportunity for the Newer and Deconditioned athletes to get better today. For the Touch and Go section we can look to perform Hang Power Snatches for

those Newer and Deconditioned athletes. Have them build their confidence before entering the workout.

Workout -- Very New and Deconditioned athletes can look to perform 12-15 reps of the Power Snatch today. We want to

make sure they are pushing the pace without the risk of building discouragement. Keep an eye on the Run and make sure

that it is set for 2:00 minutes at the most.

*Movement Adjustments*...

Snatch -- Athletes unable to take the Bar Overhead can perform Power Cleans. If going all the way to the ground is the

issue, look to perform Hang Snatches throughout the day.

Run -- Athletes can perform a 500/400m Row or 1200m Bike for the day. Make sure the time domain is still set for 2:00

minutes.
