60 Back Squats (185/135)|(135/95)*

*Bar comes from rack. Everytime bar gets reracked, Run 200m.

Option to take the bar from the floor and/or option for (155/105)|(115/75).

ADJUSTING

*Reps, Loading, Volume*...

LOADING -- Loading for the workout today rides a fine line for either over or under loading our athletes. This is the Goldilocks barbell...it’s gotta be JUST right! Overload the bar and we are setting them up for failure by turning this into a running workout. Under-load the bar and they complete the workout in 1-2 Sets. Make sure that bar is just right for this one to get done in the 3-5 set range!

*Movement Adjustments*...

Back Squat -- We have to options to load the bar from either the Rack or the Floor. If we are unable to use other squatting options like; Goblet Squat // Front Squat // Box Squat // DB Squat, and we still are looking for a heavier load, Deadlift would be a good option turning the reps to Touch and Go style.

Run -- 200m Run should last roughly 1:00, replace it with a cardio option within that same time frame, 250/200m Row // 15/12 Cal Bike.
