Strict Press -- Load should allow for athletes to be able to complete their final set without failure

Thrusters -- Load should allow for Thrusters to be completed in 1-2 sets. Adjust reps down to 15 for deconditioned athletes

Box Jumps -- Adjust reps down to 15 for deconditioned athletes

*Movement Adjustments*...

Strict Press -- If the athlete cannot go overhead they can sub for Bench Press or Floor Press

Thrusters -- If the athlete cannot keep the Front Rack, have them sub for DBs. If they cannot go OH sub for Front Squats. If they cannot squat, sub for Push Press

Box Jumps -- Sub for Step Ups today if the athlete cannot Jump. They can also perform a heavy KB Swing.
