STIMULUS
*Goal (Fittest)* – Fittest should be firing all cylinders and get the work done in under 12:00. This will mean they’re holding a
:45-1:00 pace on the bike, and 1-2 sets max on the wall balls every round. Test the waters -- how many rounds can you go
unbroken!?
*Goal (All)* – Time on the bike should be capped at 1:00, modifying the calories down if necessary to keep that timeframe.
Wall Ball sets at 2-3 max. Everyone should be striving for the 15:00 window.
*Workout Feel (All)* – When thinking of fitness as a battery, today is time to let loose and see how much charge is left in
those legs!
