Strict Press/Push Press -- Load should be light today. Strict should be unbroken every round and then the attempt to go

unbroken on the Push Press

Box Jumps -- Sub for Step Ups or Lunges if the athlete cannot Jump today.

Strict Press -- If they athlete cannot go Overhead they can sub for a Bench Press or Floor Press

Push Press -- If the athlete cannot maintain the Front Rack with the barbell they can sub for DB’s. If they cannot go

Overhead they can sub for DB Floor Press for 20 reps
